Clark Pulliam serves as Vice President and Operations Manager for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Dallas, Texas. Promoted to manager in 2016, he manages the Chicago Title and Fidelity National Title NCS offices. Prior to joining the Dallas NCS office in 2014 as an underwriter, Clark was a commercial real estate attorney for over 8 years. His experience as a customer prior to joining the industry allows him to better understand customers and ensure that he is providing superior service. He believes providing excellent service includes timely responses from the four underwriters in the operation, all of whom are directly accessible by customers when they have questions. Clark knows that there are times when sound underwriting decisions will not allow compliance with a request for a modification to a title policy or a request for a particular type of coverage, and that is when it is important to provide informed, reasoned responses to the customer together with alternatives.

Clark is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) since 2005 and has served on the Executive Committee of the TREC Board of Directors in 2015 as the Membership Chair. He is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, which owns and runs the Momentous Institute. Clark earned a B.B.A from Baylor University (Hankamer School of Business) where he majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University (Dedman School of Law). Clark currently lives in Dallas, Texas.
