Debbie Blackmon serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Dallas, Texas. Joining the Dallas NCS in 2016, she has 30+ years’ experience. Debbie manages all aspects of the closing of national commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, hi-liability portfolios, multi-site deals, loan transactions, etc.). This includes the preparation and maintenance of closing statements, the title commitment and transaction documents to ensure compliance with company underwriting policy and legal requirements. She coordinates the execution and delivery of closing documents, related notifications, and communicates with contract parties to meet closing deadlines.
