Konrad J. Kaltenbach serves as Vice President of National Sales for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Dallas, Texas. He is the relationship manager for twenty-five key national accounts. Konrad has been one of the top ten salesmen in the FNF national sales recognition competitions on multiple occasions. He has handled twenty five different billion dollar or larger transactions. Over many years, Konrad has been instrumental in the hiring of many individuals who played a key role in building the Dallas NCS.

Konrad has been a NMHC member for twenty plus years. He is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club and First United Methodist. Konrad has won the Neurofibromatosis volunteer of the year award and is commodore of the Maple Leaf Yacht Club.
Konrad attended Southern Methodist University. He lives in Dallas, Texas and likes to golf, hunt, fish, sail, collect wine, and take bareboat charters as much as possible. His longest voyage was Seattle to Juneau, Alaska.
