Kyle McCartan serves as Vice President of Sales for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Dallas, Texas. His focus is on the growth of our institutional sales platform in the multifamily, industrial, office, and senior housing sectors. He was awarded “Million Dollar Producer” 2014-2018 and is a 2017 Graduate of Fidelity’s Leadership Program. Every day Kyle strives to add value to his customers’ business models and enjoys helping them accomplish their objectives by being an advocate for them as they execute their business strategies. He feels that no relationships, deals, or days are the same and that’s the continual challenge.

Kyle is very involved in The Real Estate Council of Dallas (TREC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), & NAIOP North Texas as well as in the alumni programs for Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas (Dallas Jesuit) and The First Tee of Greater Dallas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management from Boston College. Kyle lives in Dallas and enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
